The staff is lovely and super helpful. The facilities are amazing, better than only 3 stars. The food is delicious. There was live music on our last night, instrumental piano, it was so calming and soothing. The pool is really nice. Everything was super clean and they were very attentive to detail. The ambience was delightful. I regretted not staying a few nights more. Perfect place to rest and feel like a queen. Thank you to all the staff for making our time there the best and for arranging the tour to Komodo National Park and the islands as it was an experience that I'll never forget. Terima kasi!!

Everything was perfect, fantastic facilities, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the beach is possibly one of the most beautiful in SEA, perfect conditions for surfing, the food is delicious, even a doctor on site who could help out our son immediately when he felt a little funny.
