This 3-star hotel offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, an ATM and free WiFi. Brand new modern apartment with a wonderful staff that provided daily cleaning and helpful host, Rahul that made check in and payment easy (everything was done contactless via WhatsApp). The apartment was very clean, had fast wifi, two Smart TVs, modern AC units and a soft mattress (unlike the normal Indian hard mattress). The security staff was always present to provide a safe environment and Rahul was always available via text to answer any concerns I had. I extended my stay so I was able to stay in two different apartments and enjoyed both. I will definitely return here on my next visit to delhi

I almost cancelled my reservation as the road that leads to the hotel is horrendous however once you pass through the hotel doors it’s a totally different experience. The staff are polite and accommodating, everyone from the security guards to the chef and well mannered and friendly in a really genuine way. I even enjoyed a glass of Indian beer on the roof top whilst having supper that was especially prepared for us by Mr Vishnu. If you’re reading this review, just go over to the hotel and ask for Vishnu, you will be in good hands
