Great location, it was super easy to get to, and also easy to get to nice restaurants in the area. Loved the spacious bathroom and how good the shower-head pressure was. Danielle was great, and let us use the spa even though there were less than 40mins left before they close. The smart locks made our in-outs very easy! Highly recomming the property!

ベルガモにあるREGO APARTMENTS - Boutique Aparthotel & Serenity Spa with some off-site apartments in the Heart of Bergamo City... 滞在前から空港送迎やアウトレットへの送迎依頼をしていたのでスタッフの方とのやり取りが多かったですが、どの方も大変親切で、レスポンスも早くとても助かりました。ドライバーさんは時間厳守で親切で最高な方でした！ 事前決済が上手くいかなかったのですが、こちらもスタッフの方と、やり取りしてすぐに解決できました。 アパートは歩いて3分くらいのところにスーパーもあり、チッタアルタ方面のバス停にも5分くらいで着くので便利です。とても広く綺麗で快適です。洗濯機はありますが乾燥機はないので物干しに干しましたが適度に部屋が加湿できて良かったです。 WhatsAppをインストールした方がよりスタッフの方とのコミュニケーションが楽なのでおすすめです。アパートメントの為日本人が考える24時間フロントのあるホテルとは違いますので、ある程度積極的に自分からコンタクトが取れる(英語かイタリア語で)方におすすめです。またぜひ泊まりたいです！
