The place is amazingly beautiful, well appointed and decorated. Many properties say "luxury" but I don't know compared to what, this is a really luxurious experience that makes you feel like a king. In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

The gym with sea views allows guests to keep in shape. our vacation was really nice in this hotel, we loved the room, the views, the people and the food. we will definitely come back :)

Hotel is new and modern, very nicely furnished and clean. Bed linen and towels are white and fresh. Beautiful rooftop views. I especially loved the staff at the reception, mostly Renad, who was so helpful with giving us advice where to go, what to see and eat... she also let us check in much earlier as they had the room already available. Very good value for money

Raed at reception could not be more helpful he even gave me a free breakfast cause I arrived early on check in. Great room, great staff, great location highly recommend.

It was a very nice stay, especially sleeping in the tents. The food was delicious too; there was an open buffet for dinner, and the cooking was wonderful. There's a fantastic chef, and the best part was the jeep safari tour in the protected Wadi Rum area with our guide, Ziad. He speaks English beautifully and was very kind to us. It was a wonderful experience, and I recommend it to everyone.
