We also used the pool facility, you have to book a time but it was clean.

On-site luggage storage is available on the day of arrival prior to check-in. This was directly across from bayside station (Disney monorail) so it was an easy walk to transfer to the theme parks and the Mahaima train station. It was also very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I booked the Superior Double Room, which was very spacious, had a great bathroom and wonderful views. The curtains can be closed electrically while sitting on the bed. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room had a desk to work on with a view. The hotel has direct access to Makuhari Messe, which was important to us. Great breakfast and friendly staff all around.
