The ryokan has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff was extremely nice and took care of us. The room and its view were breath taking. They even helped me with my food allergy and made sure I can eat the food they are offering. The room was quiet with some ocean waves splashing into the shore sounds.

As a muslim i only ate the egg omelete. I did not ask if they served Halal options.

Would have loved the change to pay for an upgrade to a larger room, but the hotel was full. I thought the staff did an excellent job to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. Would stay here again for sure. Club was delightful and staff nicely engaged.

The view from our balcony is stunning. The private bath is awesome too! Staff are so nice and helpful!

The room was very comfortable and had all the equipment I needed. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere by foot, there was plenty of food nearby.
