Located on 28-40 floors, Prestige Tower offers rooms with cityscape views. Guests booking room type with Club Lounge Access in Heritage Wing can enjoy Club Lounge. Spacious rooms in Heritage Wing include complimentary welcome drink, steam sauna and spa bath. Everything was perfect. Room layout was great. Wonderful view. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, I would say among some of the best I've had.

There is an on-site drinks vending machine. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

Japanese dishes are offered for both breakfast and dinner. it's very close to Hakone Yomoto station, shoreside with nice lake&forest view. The service is excellent and the traditional Japanese food is super nice! All of my family loves this fantastic stay in the hotel very much.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Loved everything about this hotel. Very nice onsen. Great breakfasts, choice between Japanese and western restaurants. Would stay here again

The wellness area at the accommodation is comprised of a sauna and a hot spring bath. Our room was absolutely comfortable and we looked forward to coming “home” everyday to unwind after exploring. The property is unmanned and not close to anything. Plan to bring your own food. While it is quite a ways from things, transportation was easy via train and bus.
