Check-in couldn’t have been smoother, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism are a solid 10/10. Parking available onsite was great. The onsen on the 5th floor is heaven on earth, complete with a sauna and cold baths—the feature I appreciate most in an onsen. We went to bed so relaxed and slept like babies! Thank you—we’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Kochi!
