Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. The property is so beautiful and central to everything! I enjoyed just staying around the resort and my room with my beautiful view of the mountains. Would come back in a heart beat!!!

Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. every single thing! the hospitality was top notch! love the private onsen. the room was huge and just beautiful. everything in the room was top quality. worth every penny, you get what you paid for. food was great!

Ski and snowboard storage facilities are available. Great location on the slopes; Wonderful multilingual staff; full buffet breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, golfing and hiking. The staff is nice and the room is clean and comfortable. The hot spring is also nice. Wish revisit here next time in snow season.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. Absolutely outstanding and elegant. The multicourse Japanese dinner and breakfast included in the hotel were top notch and a real pleasure to enjoy before and after skiing. The onsen was immaculate and so refreshing, including two heated outdoor mini pools with warm water even during falling snow. Truly surreal and even though it's expensive, I'd say it's completely worth the price. Thank you for a lovely time!

Speaking Mandarin, English, Spanish and Indonesian at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Really enjoyed the location. The breakfast had enough variety for a five day stay.

Guests at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will be able to enjoy activities in and around Niseko, like skiing. Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

This 5-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel has ski-to-door access. Service was good. Good cleanliness polite staff and quietness. Very friendly too

At Niseko Resort Inn Hotel, guests can reserve a private bath to unwind in, relax in a massage chair or use the laundry facilities for free. A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. Everything about my stay with Dave-san and his wife was fantastic! If you have come across this as an option for your accomodation, book it! You will not regret it. Especially if you like to be in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. Dave-san runs a shuttle to and from the resorts each day so getting around isn’t an issue. The breakfast is delicious!
