But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch.

I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.

It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Speaking Mandarin, English, Spanish and Indonesian at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful, view was great, rooms were comfy and great service. I love the facilities and onsen! I had a lovely experience.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and public bath, as well as a garden. Cannot fault !! This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. Staying at the Hotel Resort In Niseko was a highlight of the trip itself! You can’t beat being surrounded by untouched snow and beautiful mountain views - visible from both the room and dining room. We loved having access to the private Onsen. We brought a rental car but you can also take the ski shuttle. Breakfasts are substantial and we appreciated the dinner as well! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
