Everything about this property was perfect. From the location, to the views, to the facilities...incredible. But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch.

I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

MUWA NISEKO está en Kutchan, a 4,6 km de Hirafu Station, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado, terraza y restaurante. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

El Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve se encuentra en Niseko y cuenta con restaurante, centro de fitness y bar. Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

NISEKO REISE HOUSE ニセコライゼハウス, que cuenta con vistas a la montaña, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 4,5 km de Hirafu Station. Cannot fault !! This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

Staying at the Hotel Resort In Niseko was a highlight of the trip itself! You can’t beat being surrounded by untouched snow and beautiful mountain views - visible from both the room and dining room. We loved having access to the private Onsen. We brought a rental car but you can also take the ski shuttle. Breakfasts are substantial and we appreciated the dinner as well! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
