When visiting Siem Reap, look no further than the Koulen Central Hotel. We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel, but the highlight was for sure the hotel team. They were so friendly. On our first night my partner arrived feeling a bit sick. One of the staff members noticed that. A couple hours later, some staff members came to our room to bring him a ginger tea with honey to help him feel better. This was very unexpected, because we hadn't offered anything. Great team!

Quiet location just 5 minutes from the city center. Staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional made us feel at home. Will definitely return. Best value for money in Siem Reap.
