He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!

Nampo Ocean2Heaven Hotel& Spa está muy bien situado en el barrio de Jung-gu, Busan, a 2,6 km de Playa de Songdo, a 8 min a pie de Mercado Gukje y a 1,2 km de Gwangbok-Dong. During our 2 week trip to South Korea we stayed at 4 different hotels and this hotel had the most awesome service. Very customer oriented.They spoke good English which made a huge difference. They gave us tips on where and what to eat and helped us get around. The hotel’s location was great- close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. We had a room with a nice view of the water and fishing boats.

The hotel is considered a luxury hotel with a wonderful view. I thank the staff at the hotel for their good treatment and cooperation. We enjoyed our time and next time we will stay for more days.

UH Continental CenterPoint se encuentra en Busan y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante y spa y centro de bienestar frente a la playa, a 2 min a pie de Playa de Haeundae. We had an excellent experience here with my wife visiting Busan while on our honeymoon. The room was one of the best vibiest ones we have stayed in! Extremely clean, so many amenities, ipad inside for orders, even smelled amazing! The location is perfect, right next to the beach, has anything you need nearby. This gem is also between some of the tallest buildings in Korea which was a very interesting contrast. Staff was excellent. Always extremely helpful, and if we needed anything they would resolve in no time! There was also a happy our for Jack Daniels drinks (not pure whiskey but something like a highball) between 21:00 and 23:00 which was nice. Right in time for the spa bath actually. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay here again!

The location was good. Close to everything we needed. Had a great time. Needed extension cable the host was happy to help. 👍

El Lotte Hotel Busan es un alojamiento de lujo muy bien ubicado en Busan, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Seomyeon (líneas 1 y 2 de Busan). La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, tiene un mall al lado, con variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. La atención al cliente está muy bien estructurada, desde la recepción, hasta la salida. Al salir le tramitaron la devolución de mis impuestos. Fue una buena experiencia. El desayuno muy completo
