All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

The room,the location the view all were amazing. You're in the middle of the attractions. The flying theatrr was wonderful and the fountain show was awesome.The hotel is a just walking distance to the must visit in Turkestan.
