Washing machines available to guests were so useful. Free shuttle to/ from the main area (night market) were so useful and you just WhatsApp and they would confirm pick up.

Easy 15 minute walk to centre and quiet area. Most of all, the staff were so accommodating and lovely. Highly recommend to stay here.

Beautifully set in Luang Prabang, Parasol Blanc offers comfy accommodation surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy local foods at the restaurant on site. Everything was absolutely amazing! The service was first class and the hotel truly beautiful, well kept and clean. The garden is very luscious and green, it makes you feel like you're in the jungle. The hotel also provides free shuttle service that will drop you off anywhere within the town. The pool is very nice as well. And the lily pond is so beautiful! This hotel should have a minimum of 4 stars, if not 5! The hotel alone already makes me want to return to Luang Prabang!

The hotel is very centrally located yet serene inside and the room was well laid out with a nice balcony view to the hills. The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.

El Hillside - Nature Lifestyle Lodge está situado a 11,8 km de Luang Prabang, a 1 km del parque Nahm Dong y a 12 km del mercado nocturno. I loved my stay here. I highly recommend it and will def come back The location is paradise, 360 degress nature and only 30 mins away from town. The pool area itself deserves 10 points, i never expected a steam bath in SE asia, it was perfect. The staff has been great, always ready to help and have a little chat. Breakfast and food options were plenty, fresh and delicious. Room was simple but great comfort which i only used to sleep as there plenty of chilling and social areas around the property. Never needed the airconditioning, and the room was quiet except one day i had VERY noisy neighbours which is not the lodge fault.

Personal atento, tenía traslado gratuito al pueblo, se preocuparon de arreglarnos el arriendo de una moto, nos ofrecieron upgrade de pieza pero no lo tomamos porque era en segundo piso y queríamos acceso a la piscina, aún así la pieza era bonita y tenía hot tub privado afuera. El personal atento preparaban la habitación todas las noches

Una oasis de paz en el centro de Luang Prabang. Elegimos la habitación doble con vistas a la piscina con balcón. Habitación grande, camas muy cómodas ,extragrandes y almohadas de ensueño. Mención especial al personal del hotel. Son gente maravillosa, amable y siempre pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El servicio en la piscina fantástico y el restaurante en la terraza buenísimo. Desayuno amplio y muy variado. En caso de que necesites transporte, se ajustan siempre a tus necesidades, tanto si quieres un tuk-tuk como si quieres un coche con aire acondicionado. Volvería sin lugar a duda a este hotel por la calidad del establecimiento pero sobretodo por la calidez del personal.
