From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment of luxury and warmth. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with attention to detail in every corner. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the world-class service from the staff. Every team member we encountered was super polite and helpful, but two individuals truly went above and beyond: Mr. Roshan and Ms. Kaveesha. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were evident in every interaction. They provided top-class customer service, anticipating our needs and ensuring every aspect of our visit was perfect. Ms. Kaveesha Gayathree's cheerful and kindful nature was a delight, and Mr. Roshan Hettiarachchi's courteous and efficient service was remarkable. Super Kindful they were! We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much, and a large part of that is thanks to them. The bottom line is that The Golden Crown is a gem—a super beautiful place powered by a team that treats guests like family. First of all, location. Stunning nature view in each place of the hotel territory. You can enjoy it from room, from swimming pool, walking around tea plantation or on the way to waterfall.😍 One of the best food I tried in Sri Lanka - here. Especially, breakfast is big and delicious 🤤 Extremely good staff, who helps you with everything. The service is on a good high level quality. One of the guy from team was really gorgeous on telling interesting stories about Sri Lanka, some plants and animals, as well as was kind to be our guide to the waterfall, which made our stay much more interesting

When booking this Hotel I thought it looked nice, but that just do not do it justice. The welcome was perfect with an intro massage whilst checking in. The views from the reception are absolutely stunning set in an idyllic location. The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was exceptional with an in nature feel about it being so well positioned and overlooking the nature park. The only noises to hear were nature itself. Wonderful choices for food and drinks both local and international.

In a central area of Kandy, Dreamscape home stay features mountain views from the terrace. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay.
