Totally nice hotel with pretty pools and a nice area. They even have some animals like turtles and cats. The pool is also very nice and the highlight is of course the nice Cenote. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food at the restraunt was good. Safe parking included.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. That place is stunning, even the cenote was closed because of the last hurricane we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Its a magical place like a little jungle and the staff was more than great! They made our stay special! Big thanks to Luis, Cruz, Alan, Diego.. you guys are amazing!
