Part of UR SPA are a state of-the-art Gym. Excellent is the word that comes to my mind when describing this hotel. I arrived super early, and the room was already available. The room is exactly as described, and pictures are very accurate. Staff is kind. The entire hotel has a very exquisite feeling. Very well located. On a less positive feedback (but still, minor things that are my preference, not affecting at all the great stay I had): the pillows and mattress were too soft; the breakfast, still plenty of choices and variety, was the weakest point as I expected a more luxurious offer. Anyway, the food selection is good.

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a perfect place to stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location is fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

Infinity pool was a plus, great spa facilities and good options for breakfast. Value for money is correct too!

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, à la carte and continental options. This was our second stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again.
