Toilet was jn its own little room separate from the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of parking on site.

Jasper was a fabulous host - indeed the finest, friendliest and most responsive we have ever met. We will be returning Rotterdam often, and our choice of stay will always be Spartementen. Everything was perfect but the hospitality of Dennis and Wilma was extraordinary. They helped us with dinner, gave us their bikes and many other "little things" that made our stay truly special. Thank you very much! We certainly hope to come back again.

We had the Loft apartment at the side of the house, opposite an ancient ruined castle, overlooking a quiet waterway. Cosy, romantic and cottage-like. A private (if teeny) sauna & toilet on entering the front door. At the top a little kitchenette with French doors onto a small sun terrace over the canal. Room to lay outside on loungers when sunny, or just sit and relax. Very private, quiet and calm. A large bed squeezed into a space opposite a basin & shower. Cosy, quiet & comfortable, with Netflix freely available. Annemiek, the owner, was just lovely. We hired the (top quality) e-bikes for 2 days which were excellent, well worth paying 3x the cost of ‘City bikes’ and made hilly coastal dune cycling against gale winds a piece of cake. The bikes virtually rode themselves!

It is very clean, the wellness is lovely and the owners very clearly love what they are doing and it shows. They even packed a take away breakfast for my parents because they has an early morning check-out which was such a lovely touch! 😊 they also very great accomplices in planning a little surprise outing for my parents during their stay. So whether you want to stay yourself or treat someone to it, we can 100% recommend and are looking forward to out next stay
