The staff is incredible. The place it is beautiful, clean and have everything that you need! Even things that you didn’t knew that you needed, like the saloon for men.

Swissôtel Lima is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of San Isidro, Lima's business and residential district. Very nice 5 stars hotel. Great location. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, and very nice to have access to the swimming pool and small Spa area. I would definitely go back. Also, very comfortable beds!

Everything you’d expect of a luxury hotel. My room was upgraded on check in although they didn’t actually tell me this. Welcome drink in arrival is a nice touch. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff in reception the lobby the bar and the restaurant. Location is a little out of the way but it’s in a nice safe area of a potentially dangerous city. Fir the price I paid it was great value for a luxury stay

This 4-star hotel is conveniently located near the new airport Jorge Chavez International Airport. It includes an on-site Spa Express. Our flight arrived late and we wanted to stay near the airport so chose this hotel. We were surprised how lovely it was: friendly and attentive staff, 24h free spa (pool and sauna), welcome drinks, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Everything you need from an airport hotel. It was a bit more expensive than where we usually stay (doing South America on a budget) but definitely great value for money! Would happily stay again!
