Packed lunches are also available. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. The welcome was so warm, the place is beautiful, and the rooms are big and very clean.The jacuzzi and pool offer a stunning view of the golf course and mountains. Breakfast was good, served in a charming basket at our preferred time. We had a wonderful experience and only wished we could’ve stayed longer

NINE DOTS Azorean Art Boutique Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a spa centre. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ponta Delgada, like hiking. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. Location was perfect, in the center so easy to walk around and access. Breakfast was nice and freshly made. The bar makes great cocktails! Staff were super friendly and really made my stay. Front of house helped me organize some trips and spots to visit in the nearby area. But staff in all areas were great and very welcoming. Felt safe and well looked after, which was nice as I was traveling by myself.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. What a really lovely stay we had - Only wish we had booked more nights here. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sheer tranquility from our room was absolutely amazing. We felt so relaxed. Daily breakfast was delightful - Continental breakfast with some warm selections cooked on request. The bar has the most wonderful cocktails I’ve ever tasted - Be sure to ask about their daily specials! We also really enjoyed the sauna, Turkish bath, and the outdoor pool! Staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Taking advantage of the natural surroundings of the São Miguel Island, a great variety of outdoor adventures and local experiences may be arranged. Great location, easy parking and view from balcony over the marina was great. Quality of breakfast, bed, pillows and reception were all very high

One of the best hotels we’ve been to, recently: - Helpful, welcoming and smiling staff, with several little attentions during our stay - Excellent breakfast and the evening restaurant is good too. You have to try their “Ofyr” experience, it’s an amazing barbecue menu. - Comfortable room with very silent AC - Very good location - Amazing 24/7 spa experience
