The location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness,the spa and the pool facilities. The food was not bad, but the reason is that we are not used to Chinese, or Asian food. The variety of cheese and sausage sorts can be/should be better.

The location was great, within walking distance to R & F Mall with lots of food options. Easy walking to JB Sentral, Chinatown and great markets. Highly recommended 👌 👍 🥰
