This is our fifth time staying at this hotel, and we are delighted once again! The location is excellent, the food is perfect, there is a huge parking, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Great location for a family skiing holiday and the staff were all really friendly kind , nothing was a bother, great variety at breakfast and dinner ( half board great value) will stay again

Hotel Kranjska Gora is gorgeous. Surrounded by amzing view of mountains and forests. Gorgeous Lake Jasna only 15 min walk. Very modern and stylish design. Cozy, clean and spacious room with all necessary amenities. Very welcoming and friendly staff, always smiling and greeting. Breakfast is another level of pleasure. It was super tasty👍 I really enjoyed my time in Hotel Kranjska Gora. My definite recommendation!

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.
