The customer service was excellent. on arrival we were been greeted by the front staff and there on our smooth transition happened. I would like to give special mention to the door men. They were so cheerful and had a big smile on their faces everytime welcoming the guests. i truly believe small gestures make big difference.

The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya está en Nong Prue, a 37 km de Campo de Golf Eastern Star, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. Staff was fabulous, facilities were very clean and well maintained. A great sized pool which was kid and adult friendly. Delicious food at the restaurant and lovely rooms.

Jomtien Hill Resort Pratamnak se encuentra en Sur de Pattaya y ofrece vistas a la ciudad y wifi gratis a 9 min a pie de Paradise Beach y a 44 km de Club de golf Bangpra International. It was a great location, which had a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of amenities close by. Everything else is a short ride with a Bolt, or if you are really keeping costs down, the Baht bus downtown is only a five minute walk away. I am glad we stayed in Pratamnak rather than central Pattaya. It is quite a bit nicer for those with children. The condo complex staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had lots of space, larger than a typical condotel. The air-conditioners worked great, and we made a lot of use of the full-sized fridge. I used the complex pool daily. We didn't have any issues with the Wifi internet. (Which was a concern I had after reading previous reviews) We stayed here for a month. I wish I could have stayed for two. I would stay here again.

Spotlessly clean. Very helpful and supportive manager and staff. Big rooms. Big screen TVs. Big fridge/freezer. Nice balcony. Pratumnak Soi 5 with some very good restaurants nearby.
