Enjoying a peaceful beachfront location on the white and sandy Chaweng Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort comprises of two buildings. The resort features luxurious pool villas and suites, a signature 'moon pool' that overlooks the sea and a romantic beachfront restaurant. The spacious pool deck also comes with plenty of sunbeds and a kid's pool. From check in to departure, our stay was just wonderful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the small but thoughtful touches - the welcome drink and towel, the ability to select our pillows and lotion scents, the sandwich and fruit platter as we waited for our room. Our Garden balcony room was fabulous. It was clean and spacious, though the clear glass tub/shower in the middle of the bathroom space meant that we'd have to curtain it off and only one person could be using that space at a time. The Garden pool was lovely and quiet, while the Beach pool and area was luxurious. We had dinner at The Tent and breakfasts at Sexy Fish and they were wonderful. The breakfast buffet had a great varied selection. The resort is a quick walk to restaurants and the busier Chaweng Beach strip. Loved the location - we walked down the beach for more casual lunch and to get a Thai massage (a must do!). This was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations.

With a private balcony overlooking the refreshing views, all spacious rooms at this property feature an air conditioning and wooden floor. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower and premium amenities. The pools on the beach front were the best. As was the yummy breakfast! A very beautiful location.

The highlight is our 13 beach pool villas, where you can soak in your private pool all day, gazing at the turquoise seas. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The pool area, views of the sea, very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Delicious food served in the restaurant offering theme nights. Well appointed bedrooms with an extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Professional, friendly very welcoming reception staff. Cleanliness of the rooms & grounds. Little extras like nightly turn down in the room, little cookie gifts. Free shuttle to fisherman village & Chaweng shopping mall. Would not choose any other place to stay in Koh Samui. The resort also provides on-site water sport facilities for guests' enjoyment. The service and the staff were excellent. I really cannot imagine better service and personnel. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive and had big smiles on their faces. Everything was thought out, there was even a shower and changing room to use after checking out for people with later flights.
