This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis – you will not be disappointed.

Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The staff are professional and exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The location is excellent for exploring the city and it is not far from the airport either. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond, the type of support you don’t always have anywhere else’s.
