Even went shopping for me on arrival. Never in your face, but always there for help if needed in a split second I am ever grateful to be hosted by such wonderful people in a harmonious environment. We were warmly greeted by reception desk and right away offered to first have a lunch and then continue with check in process which we highly appreciated. During our stay we enjoyed tasty meals, lovely cocktails by the bar, view from our room, the evening entertainment and chilling by the pool. However, the highlight for us was the polite and friendly hotel personel. Many thanks to all the team for taking such a good care of us.

The Mirage Resort & SPA is situated in Hammamet, 5 km from Yasmine Hammamet. The resort has a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free WiFi is available in shared areas and in the suites of the central block. The bungalows that we had are perfect. The staff is amazing. The food is OMG delicious. We've been so spoilt in this holiday. The staff are the secret weapons here. From reception, wait staff and the F&b manager. They are all very friendly, helpful and sincere people. They elevated our stay this entire holiday. My husband and I had double bday celebrations and they treated us for free meals and huge bday cake. It offers a heated indoor and an outdoor pool and a spa with hammam, sauna and massage services. Luxurious and well-run hotel in Hammamet. Spacious and clean room. Kind and efficient staff. Great outdoor swimming pool and also a heated covered pool, not so big, but good is was there, since the weather in January was too cold for me to use the outdoor pool. The buffets both for breakfast and dinner were amazing with everything you could possibly ask for.

Situated right on the beach of Hammamet, in a beautiful garden of 12 hectars and close to the city centre and the Medina, Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows combines a lovely setting with comfort, great service and a good range of facilities for all ages. Excellent, friendly staff and high quality of service. Omar and Taher were above and beyond making our stay fantastic. The food was exceptional and the beaches are breathtaking. I will recommend the Bel Azur Thalassa to anyone who strives for excellence! I will definitely return next year for a longer period! 5 star review for this hotel!
