Everything is so clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed (maybe a bit more on the firm side, if that matters to someone), and the bathroom is so big (amazing water pressure). The service is excellent - the front desk was so helpful when we had questions about transportation and exchanging money. The breakfast buffet is a nice mix of western options with Taiwanese and other Asian offerings. The location is also great as it’s a 5 minute walk to the Brown line and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Red line. I highly recommend this hotel!

Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

Guests will find a coffee machine and electric kettle in all rooms. Equipped with a hot bathtub, the private bathroom comes with bath robes, slippers and free toiletries. During our stay, one of my wife’s small personal items was accidentally taken away with the bed sheets during housekeeping. Needless to say, the housekeeping staff were always very kind and careful in their work. Since the item was small and white, it was easy to overlook and get mixed up with the linens. So I do not think this was their fault. When we called the front desk, at first they could not locate it. But after I asked them to check more carefully, the manager personally took responsibility and searched through the sheets until he successfully found it. As a gesture of apology, the hotel kindly offered us fruit, wine, and one complimentary breakfast. Both the housekeeping team and the manager handled the situation with great sincerity and professionalism, and thanks to them, we enjoyed our stay with peace of mind. We were delighted with the thoughtful service. We highly recommend this hotel for families, and we look forward to staying here again.

Closely linked to the Taipei World Trade Centre and International Convention Centre, this 5-star hotel boasts an outdoor pool, a spa and wellness centre, a sauna , a fitness centre and 850 exquisite guestrooms. The room was very clean. The staffs were nice and friendly. The location is just across the Taipei 101 and has a nice view. Me and my partner were very satisfied during our 2 nights stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

The housekeeper sisters working at this hotel is very very nice~! I’m NEVER USED TO HAVE CLEANERS BOW BEFORE ME to thank my stay! That isn’t necessary for me cuz I’m NOT zhapanis & NOT used to that! Then check in desk staff & the doorman staff were also very helpful too in everything that’s needed…it’s only a bummer than the check out time is 11AM & can only be extended to 11:30AM the LATEST FEE FREE STAY! I also don’t know if the hotel offers CURRENCY EXCHANGE option or not but if they do, it can be really helpful though the rate is gonna be low. As for the surrounding areas, you have to walk west then south about 3-4 blocks down then you can reach 忠孝新生站! That’s where you can take the metro to TAIPEI 101 OR night market streets to tour & walk around! & also a lot of ZHAPANIS TOURISTS are in Taiwan! Overall I’m very surprised by the high quality & standards this hotel offered! In Taiwan overall people are generally so much nicer & more polite than in Mainland China
