We were reenacting at the nearby Fort King George, so, this was a perfect location for my wife and I. This is a beautiful, charming town, and we took a few hours to just walk around and smell the roses. You should too!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Valhalla Resort Hotel is located in Helen. The breakfast was great. I loved this area and the food. The chef came out and introduced himself and the food was terrific. I have never been treated so well. I have got to go back to this resort. It is a place everyone needs to experience at least once.

Staff across the board are super- skilled and seemingly v happy to be there.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The space was ideal with many areas to spread out and hang out, without feeling on top of each other. Bedrooms were very easy for a large group. Plenty of supplies, towels, storage etc. Location was very convenient to downtown, stores & restaurants.
