Rooms are new, spacious and very nice, bed was really comfortable. Location is great, old quarter to the north and nicer areas of parks / citadel to the south. And the price compared to other similar hotels was reasonable. Overall, I am really glad I picked this hotel for my Hanoi trip.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with us and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out of our room. Their rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice and a great option if you want to have a few drinks and maybe some food after a long day of sightseeing. The location was good - you can walk to the close by attractions or the old quarter although I wouldn’t recommended to do it every day since there might be sidewalks you can’t use because of shops etc but instead getting a grab taxi which is super cheap and faster.

Would recommend everyone to stay here & enjoy the facilities. We took the tour to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay Cruise it was amazing.Ninh Binh was really good the tour guide was very good. Had a great time on the cruise ,it was our first experience for an overnight stay on a cruise it was excellent. Thank you Mr. Max for being so helpful & giving us the best tour.
