The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

This is a small but very nicely appointed boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room and facilities were excellent; with clean linens, nice bath/shower and excellent climate control. The shining attribute of this hotel, though, is its staff - they manager, Mr. Leo Nguyen, was happy to provide arrangements for taxi from the airport to the hotel, and to interface with our planned activities to anticipate and deflect any problems. All of the staff, in fact, were very gracious and friendly.

Comfortable and Clean Accommodations The room I stayed in was both spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Delicious Breakfast Buffet Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was excellent. Prime Location Situated in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's rich culture and history.
