Sy was an incredible host who helped us with booking a tour, cancelling the tour because of health issues and took care of us to cure as good as possible. He also picked us up from the bus stop at our arrival in the middle of the night and brought us to the bus stop for our departure for free.

Exceptional staff, a bit of language barrier but you get everything you would need, we have been provided very chesp transportation service to and from hotel, rooms were big and cool upon our arrival, modt amazing view of the city, delicious breakfast, tour information around city, laundry service and bikes for rent. Anything you would want host provided. Strongly recommend to get bikes to drive around since view around area is absolutely mind blowing.

The young owner of the property speaks a good English, he's very kind and helpful, he even picked us up at the bus stop. Clean room equipped with every comfort, beautiful garden with fantastic swimming pool with spectacular views. Delicious food available. The owner takes care of everything, from bike and scooter rental, laundry, money exchange, booking excursions and trips to other cities, all available in the homestay. Great price with even a delicious breakfast included. Central location. We recommend 100%. Thank you very much! Phong Nha is uncontaminated with a lovely nature and enchanting colours. Friendly staff. Was served by Linh at front counter. The bell boy even carried my bag up to my room even when I said I should be fine. Good Vietnamese hospitality. Buffet breakfast included. About 15mins drive from the airport

staff were excellent....facilities were excellent. I also liked that we could run a tab for the entirety of our stay....literally paid for everything only at the end of our stay, even the accommodation fees.

Absolutely amazing place. The ‘hut’ rooms are clean comfy with good shower etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area to ride bicycles around and kayak on the river. In a slightly more remote part of Phong Nha but on site restaurant has plenty of delicious food (& good breakfast), great to stay and relax. We also did the Hang En Cave trek from here which highly recommend.
