Guests can enjoy sea views. 私は英語が全く話すことができなかったので、日本のツアー会社を通さずに予約することが心配でしたが、宿泊前はメッセージのやり取りで翻訳しながら詳細について打ち合わせもできました。　日本の某ツアー会社で予約する場合は日本語の話せるガイド同伴のためなのか個人予約より倍近くの価格になってしまうため、個人で予約しましたが親切な対応だったので言葉が伝わらなくてもアプリで翻訳してくれたりと全く問題なく旅行を楽しむことができました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. I liked everything from A to Z. The cruise is new and well equipped. Although the cabin is a bit small but has all needed . The programs on the cruise were varied and exciting. The crew used every moment to serve guests and make them happy and spoiled. The place itself is unique and worth visit it is like pyramids in my country one of the wonders. My sincere gratitude for the crew keep it up. Tom , tiny and Ken thanks a lot . special thanks to you HUGO you made my timing in the restaurant unforgettable. The pizza that was made according to my request was delicious and Yummy.

As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous about joining a cruise, but Calista made me feel completely at home. The ship is beautiful – brand new with elegant decor and open spaces that invite you to relax. I loved having a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sunset over the bay. It was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The staff treated everyone like family – shoutout to Trang for making sure I had everything I needed. The food was incredible, especially the lemongrass grilled shrimp and mango sticky rice. I also joined the cooking class and met some great people. It was a serene and enriching experience – highly recommend to fellow solo travelers!

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
