After being left with no shelter by another guesthouse (our original reservation) in 23:00 at night, because they didn't comply with the services it had claimed to offer, at 23:20 we made a super last minute reservation for the night in Berat Mozaik Hotel, and an adorable sir left his house in the middle of the night to come to the hotel, take us in, take care of us and restore our previously broken faith in the country's hospitality. There are no words to express our gratitude. The room was new-built, comfortable and clean, the sheets and towels were very clean and fresh (smelled wonderfully), the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed, the host was so kind and helpful, even that late in the night.

We loved this hotel with its traditional architecture and perfect location. The rooms were comfortably and tastefully decorated. And breakfast was delicious. We were also so grateful for our hosts who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here in again on a future visit to Berat.

Qëndrimi ynë në *Alpha Rooms* ishte i shkëlqyer! Dhoma ishte e madhe dhe shumë komode, me një dyshek të jashtëzakonshëm që e bëri çdo natë të rehatshme. Banja ishte shumë e pastër dhe e bollshme, me një hapësirë dushi të madhe që ofronte komoditet maksimal. Pastertia ishte 10/10, me çarçafë të bardhë dhe të pastruar perfekt. It was a perfect place to stay, for starting our tripp in Albania. Local toutch is most important when You want to know real country. The host is adorable and our baby just loved him the most! Their homemade food is delicious and best quality You can get. View from balcony is beautyful! Room is simple and bed rather hard than soft.
