I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a great combination of amazing staff, comfortable bed, and tasty breakfast. The receptionist Irini was the best - genuinely kind and helpful, helped with storing my luggage before the check-in, explained what are the key sights I should not miss while in Tirana, and printed my boarding pass for my return flight out of Tirana. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all I needed - hand soap, shampoo/shower gel, towels and hairdryer. The breakfast provided a great start into the day - different egg options upon request, feta cheese, ham/sausage, tomatos, cucumbers, different pastries (incl. traditional local ones), and tea/coffee/juice. When I return to Tirana, I'll definitely stay here and recommend it to all my friends.

The location was great. Walking distance to the tourist spots. Buffet breakfast was great even if it was a little choices. The other staff was helpful & can speak a little bit english. We booked a big room with 2 shower/toilet & was very helpful because are travelling with 2 kids.

Absolutely loved the room, but hated the minuscule bathroom it came with, also didn’t care much for the view since there was none, so we just kept the window shut with a great working air-conditioning on. Young girl working the reception desk is an absolute treasure for this place! Breakfast was served on plates in the lobby and was fine. Parking is available in a nearby parking house free of charge, but there were some problems with the remote opening the garage door (major one including me getting locked in after I finally managed to get in, sounds absurd I know).
