Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

I have never left any comments on any accommodations I stayed, but this time I must say everything was perfect here. The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped, friendly host, and quite convenient to explore around, we went by car and there’s a parking spot available. The apartment was definitely one of the high-lights of our trip because it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely recommend!
