The staff was extremely helpful they spoke very good English and helped in all our issues (for example booking for some Chinese attractions which can be hard for Western tourists). They answered all our questions and were very kind overall. The location is great, three metro lines are within a few minutes walk. The rooms are small but comfortable, air-conditioned clean and quiet. We also booked the Forbidden City and Great Wall tours they offer, both are great value for money with very professional and knoweledgable tour guides.

Great location, comfortable atmosphere and safe environment. Ms. Yasiming is very friendly and helpful. She replied all questions right away on We chat app. Her office is located just at the down floor, you can reach her easily. During staying 6days we asked cleaning and changing towels and she managed it for free. Also she offers luggage keeping service too. Strongly recommended!

The staff was really helpfull with every question. They ordered taxi for us and also a full day taxi tour to the great wall with a english speaking driver. The breakfast was quite large so everyone can find something they like. More chinese food then european breakfast.
