Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

The owner was very friendly and kind and willing to help us for our every need.He picked us up from the airport and saved us from the trouble of getting the taxi without me even knowing it, and also dropped us of at the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain. It was an awesome surprise.

So, all my days of staying here Rebeca was so helpful, especially in organizing all my visits to the park and the concert. At checking in she gave me the delayed tours list and I her recommendation. The atmosphere is good and calm, Ming his service is exceptional and always ready to help. He helped us to book the tickets to the mountains and tianmen and is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and his English is good which is rare to find in China.
