Great location, exceptional staff and a fabulous breakfast. Could not ask for much more. Wish I could have stayed longer. I was busy in the evenings so I was only there for one dinner. It was the best meal in the month I have been in Eastern Europe.

Great location. Clean flat. Very interesting design with bears. My little girl loved it. There was all facilities in the kitchen. The supermarket one minute walk. Three minutes walk to the centre. Very beautiful city.

The place is wonderfully located overlooking the town, you can walk there in a few minutes. The rooms in Villa Rosa are quite big and very comfortable , the staff was super-nice! Highly recommended

It was the best hotel during our trip to Czech cities. The room was almost like a separate large apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and a small space after the entrance door. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, TV, fridge, kettle, bedside tables, two chairs, and a small table. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with tiles, the bathroom stall is quite large. In the space between the bedroom and the bathroom there was also a wardrobe with a mirror. And there was the best breakfast for me: scrambled eggs, sausages, fried tomatoes, bread of your choice, delicious juices, coffee of your choice, butter, various muesli and fruits and vegetables. Highly recommended! And best wishes 😊

I really wish to stay here longer, not only one day. It is near the KV center, and it takes only several minutes to reach the main attractions of the town. The bed was comfortable.
