The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff has always been so friendly. It's right near the city centre and so location is great. I booking here. Also they are dog friendly.

Practical location - 15 minutes walking to the city center. Modern rooms and shower. Our windows were towards the street, but the sound insulation was decent so we could have a good sleep.
All the staff members were nice. We used self check-in and it worked well, we didn't even need to go to reception.
Also checkout is very easy - you just leave the room and that's it.

The hotel came a bit in the years, the furniture and bathroom are both really up to date but functional. Everything was clean though and the bed comfortable enough. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was good, I would say a 3 star plus. When in Chemnitz, it is worth to take this hotel, even for longer stays. The location is perfect in the inner city.
