My fiancé and I stayed here in late December for the first time. It was a brilliant place to stay - the rooms were to a high standard and very modern, and the overall grounds and facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again The buffet breakfast each morning was also excellent and a huge selection was on offer. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with it. The location is brilliant. We heard no noise any night we stayed here, and yet we were only a few minutes away from bars and restaurants Also for anyone thinking of traveling - The number 40 bus from Tenerife South Airport goes every 30 minutes and drops you at “Columbus” station which is five minutes walk away. The fare is €3, you can pay by contactless, and this is a huge cost saving compared to taxi (€40+)

Incredibly friendly, patient and professional staff - despite the large amount of Brits (but still patient :) Deluxe rooms are recently renovated and are superb. The location is incredibly central. The pool is large and the supporting areas (cafe, bar etc) are great. Great snacks and food by the pool bar. Short walk to the beach and all relevant places.

Great hotel to stay in Playa de las Americas, near the main street. It is away from the main road so it is still very quiet. Room was big and clean, kitchen fully equipped, nice and clean bathroom, balcony overlooking the pool area. Big parking lot in front of the hotel that belongs to the hotel, so parking spots were always available free of charge. Fast WiFi. Supermarket in front of the hotel, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Over all a great hotel for a great price.
