The hotel is very well located. Easy access to the centre (Plaza Mayor) as well to other attractions. Has a good private parking and staff is very warm and pleasant. The room was big and beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Very quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Lovely building with a great location and view. The breakfast was very good, well assorted and organised so there was space for everyone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The weather was horribly windy and it was so nice to return to the warm hotel room. The internet connection was strong and everything was very clean. Also, the room had one of the best showers I've ever had in hotels. Everything is new, the room was spacious. The hotel is 10 mins away from the bus station, the Museum of Evolution and also the cathedral. An ideal location.

We arrived very late, due to extensive overnight drive. Staff extremely sympathetic and immediately offered to extend check out time, for both rooms, at no extra cost to 1330 to allow whole family to have more sleep.

This was the ideal overnight stop for us on the way back to the UK. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are modern and fresh with everything you will need. We had our two dogs with us, dog beds and a food/drink bowl was provided. There is a large green space at the front of the hotel to walk your dogs which has lush grass for then to stretch thier legs. Even given the close proximity of the motorway, you could barely hear any traffic noise. I'll definitely use this hotel again.
