In principle, the whole service was completely satisfactory. The level of the hotel is definitely above 3 stars.
Good location, clean room, tasty breakfast, good pool with sauna and steam bath.

You won't get a more convenient location for the Chester marathon! Helpful staff. Quite a nice, modern budget hotel.

A good-quality budget hotel close to the city centre. The private car park made parking at the hotel straightforward. Our rooms were small and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the communal sitting areas well-appointed and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Good price including breakfast, very good location - 10 minutes walk into city centre along canal and city walls. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Room was clean and well presented. Food was good value for money. For a budget hotel the services we received were excellent. Staff were friendly efficient and very pleasant. Location for us was ideal as we stopped here on our way to and from South West Wales.

Great free parking at hotel and close to city centre. Good breakfast. Very positive and helpful staff. The location is just 3 minutes walk to the main town so was perfect for evenings out/eating out and shopping/sightseeing. Ideal stay at a really good price.
