Loved the “ shared accommodation feel. Met a lovely family in the kitchen and visited over tea. There were no staff on site per we but a nice caretaker helped us to get in the room ( we are from Canada and we were turning the lock the wrong way).

A beautiful country Inn with oodles of charm, picturesque historic surroundings, and friendly staff and patrons. The room was small but comfortable and well equipped. A great, spacious bathroom. Owner was extremely helpful when the TV developed a fault. The food in the bar restaurant was outstanding. We had a roast the first night and Thai the second. Both superb. While the Inn is not open for breakfast the room is supplied with fruit and snack bars. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Great historic church nearby.

Great little apartment with all facilities including kitchen and washer/dryer, at a very reasonable price. There's a bus stop outside to the city centre (or it's an easy 30 minute walk), and various shops at the end of the street. Parking was included as well, a real bonus in Oxford.
