We loved the friendly welcome and the great food. They were so sweet to my 4 year old daughter, doing everything to make us happy. We really enjoyed the cozy room decor and the huge bed.

Location .. easy to find using google maps from the airport Price was reasonable for a tourist who loses 50% of their currency when converting... The room was small with a comfortable king single bed, which was perfect for the solo traveller. Really, it's a budget hotel.. suited me. Front desk lad was very helpful... He carried my suitcase up to the 1st floor.. (The lift was not working)

3 stars hotels are out of date and completely need refurbished so sorry 2 stars too much. Bed in room horrible spring mattress sleeps not well, bathroom maybe since 1980. Top on wardrobe lots of dust so simple no way!!!! Better don't look any more how is clean that room. Continental breakfast? Ok only a good free car park and lots of space over the weekend but during the week £10

Great location with shops open to late, parking space available, comfortable and warm rooms , only 20 mins to Birmingham city centre and staff were friendly

Good easy access location; clean, tidy, friendly staff and excellent value for money. Easy parking and several good eating options close by. It is a budget hotel and as such it rates very well. I’ll be returning in the future
