The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

The hotel is amazing - we are definitelly visiting again. Restaurant is great and staff are very pleasant and friendly. Very good both for families with children and for romantic couples. Very quiet in the evenings, as it is located slightly away from the main road. The buiding is designed in such a way that many rooms offer partial sea view.

President Suite has an awesome terrace. I got invited for breakfast when I arrived earlier! Very nice and professional owner! Beautiful stone floors in the Hotel. Close to perfect beaches. 15 up to 20Min walking. Good bed. Sea View. Good breakfast. Nice pool. The Hotel is as good as any 4 Star Hotel on Crete. Good value for money.

Everything was perfect! The size of the room, the comfort of the bed. The shower. The balcony looking onto the main street. The location and how close it was to all the shops, restaurants and the beach.

If I could rate 15 stars over 10 I would definitely do it. The place is wonderful, one step from the sea, but all the positive experience is due to all the team working there. They make you feel at home. And the breakfast alone is worth the stay. You get a rich breakfeast to start your day full of energy. A special thanks to Ioanna, Stella, Ella, Babis, Irina, Melop, Elli and to everyone else who we met. Their service is impeccable, everyone is smiling even through all the heat, their response is prompt to all your questions. The option of having two pools is a plus especially when the sea is rough, and access to the sea is easy, there are no roads to cross like in other places, just walk past the pool and find yourself on the sandy beach. Most importantly, when you get there don't, and seriously do not miss the shows. during our stay we had a rock night, a Greek night and two magic shows. The quality of the shows is outstanding. And we are definitely going again. PS: try their Mojito!
