Right on arrival and during my stay, all personnel were so Kind, this includes Diego who is a remarquable person with an open heart and communicative happiness and great energy. He set the tone on my stay at the Bale Sampan Bugalows ! I was provided with great information/suggestions regarding Gilli island T activities, transportation etc.

Our experience was excellent. Sukma took care of us in an amazing way, such a kind and helpful person. The rooms were clean and ready even before the check-in time, which we really appreciated. AC super cold, loved it. They said the just reopen it this january. Room was super clean and love the design. Breakfast was nice as well you can get either a banana pancake or omelette. The staff very helpful and need to mention Bapak in reception with the long hair (forgot his name) was the highlight of this hotel. He was super accomodating and friendly! He is the concierge youre looking for. Booked a snorkling and it was the best one in my whole life. I also love relaxing in the pool. I love everything about this hotel. I don't have any picture of the accomodation unfortunately, however I will encourage everyone to book it . Thank you- angela. P

Our room was very spacious and everything is very tastefully done. My son loved having the Villa to hang out in the cool and play darts and chess. The extra bed for my son was super comfy which was a bonus. We loved the location, in the more family/tasteful area of Gili T and being on the beach with the most incredible snorkeling right there was perfect. Food at the café was great and good prices. Breakfast is great, as long as you get the pancakes and eggs.
