The breakfast was amazing with the amazing views of Bertinoro. The items such as honey, bread, jam, butter and tea, which were present at the breakfast it was fresh and well served. The owner is also very cooperative and friendly.

The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. It’s perfect for a summer getaway by the pool, but equally inviting in winter thanks to its cosy relaxation lounge. Excellent breakfast, clean room and bathroom, Very good location if you want to visit surrounding places of interest (Ravenna, San Marino, Rimini, Bologna). Parking provided. We were really happy with this hotel and will gladly recommend it to anyone.

The location is absolutely stunning, looking over the town of Modigliana, catching the breeze ensuring you stay cool at night. The owners were so lovely and the pool is such a bonus!

Perfectly located in the heart of the village. Rooms are well renovated, clean and very functional with good Wi-Fi. Staff is friendly and breakfast is included which was delicious! Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and other landmarks. The rooftop also provides a perfect view.
