We had a vey nice stay at Amaris in Palermo. The room was very comfortable, spotless clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Veronica, Giusepe and all the team were very kind, helpful and made sure we always had everything we need. They did all their best to make our stay pleasant. They acted like a genuine guide for visiting Palermo and nearby places. The location was very good for us, walking distance to most of the places. It is very close to a main square where you can take bus to the airport and other destinations outside Palermo. You can take the Segesta bus to visit Trapani+Erice, also zingaro, Mondello, San Vito, Monreale, and many other places. Also, Amaris is very close to the main shopping street in the city center Via Maqueda. Vuccirria fish market is 20 minutes by foot and it has a lot of restaurants that serve seafood and other local courses. The street outside the hotel is closed for cars and the accommodation is located in a very quiet area, but also has a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

Cleanliness & extremely comfortable beds. Single bed in our triple room was an adult size (not always the case at other hotels). Hotel had a shuttle bus to the city centre each day, which was essential for us as we did not want to drive in Palermo & the hotel is up in the hills. There is a charge (£7 return) which we thought was good value. The restaurant for evening meals was also essential as there is little else in this area. The food was good & mostly good value. The staff work very hard & we’re friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel for the proximity to Palermo & the on-site parking (€5 per night). We would return & recommend.

As far as the hotel is concerned, it was excellent for the price. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I really enjoyed it. The staff were very cooperative and helpful to the tourists. I would like to make a special mention of Salvo for his support and his way of guiding me with tips and tricks for navigating the city more easily. Overall, it’s a must-try if you're visiting the area!

The accommodation was great, the location is phenomenal. Everything was very clean. The hostess met us and enabled late check-in and early check-out without extra charge. She also recommended us restaurants and explained where we can go on excursions. All in all, very pleasant, I recommend it

Everything was great at the hotel, I reserved the room for my parents and they enjoyed it :D the room was very clean, there was no noise inside the hotel (the streets are pretty noisy because of the tourists) , so it was perfect. The hotel provided everything, so we were very pleased. Thank you 🙏🏼

My mother and I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel for a week to be close to my father, who was undergoing surgery at ISMETT in Palermo. Despite the circumstances, our experience at the hotel was truly comforting. The hotel is impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed us to rest and recharge. The internet connection was reliable and fast, making it easy for me to keep up with work during our stay. A special mention goes to Emanuele and Giuseppe at the reception — two genuinely kind and attentive men who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. Their warmth and readiness to assist with any request were invaluable during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hospitality Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo. It truly lived up to its name — offering genuine hospitality when we needed it most.
