The owners are there with heart and support their guests by all means. We had to stay there because of a tire damage. The next morning Roberto stood by our side and drove us to the towing site. On site, he helped us communicate and protected us from not being pulled over the table. He also researched where our car would be taken, as this was also not communicated quite correctly. Afterwards, he even drove us to Citavecchia to get a rental car with us. These people have their hearts absolutely in the right place.

This hotel was so sweet in its attention to detail. Room was clean, a good size and staff were super helpful. The proximity to the bus station for the cruise liner connections was brilliant.

breakfast was included and lots of choices very good. The hotel was across the street from the cruise pick up point The hotel is older, it does have an elevator, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was only there for 1 night before the cruise
